A Few More Days...

and then SUMMER!!! I'm just a little excited. This year has really flown by. I will miss my little group of 1st graders, they were a FUN group and had great parents. I look forward to watching them walk down the second grade hallway and think that they are so big. I will see many of them at the pool this summer since they live around this neighborhood. Here is a cute picture of my group on a field trip. I have tons more pictures and stories to share with you, but I have TOO many end of the year things going on right now. So this picture will have to do!

Our Weekend Away

We had a blast in Abilene last weekend. Friday after school we hit the road, we just needed a couple of days away. We met Josh, Brandy and the kiddos (Cory's sister's family) Friday at the hotel. We have so much fun with Josh and Brandy plus the kiddos love to hang out! We go on a lot of trips together, even before we had kids we just have always traveled together and we always have too much fun! So now it's just become the norm to call each other and plan our vacations around our schedules. Anyway, back to our great weekend, we took the kids to the zoo Saturday. The weather was perfect and the kids LOVED every minute. The zoo was just the right size for the kids to run and look.
